How can I order from BlueBerryCatch

Ordering from BlueBerryCatch is easy! Select a category or product from the menu or use the search function. Select the desired product and click "Add to bag". When you are ready to pay, go to checkout. Log in to your account, or continue as a guest. Fill in your address, payment method and delivery details. We will confirm your order and send it to you with updates along the way.

Do I need an account to order?

Well, all you need is an email address. We recommend that you sign up for an account to start adding items to your wishlist, but you can also place and track orders as a guest and sign up at a time that suits you.

What payment methods are available online?

You can pay with any VISA, MasterCard, Apple pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Shop, AMEX, UnionPay and Klarna. We are working on adding more payment options over time.

Follow the "Forgot your password?" link on our login page and enter your email address. You will then receive an email to reset your password.

How do I receive BlueBerryCatch email updates?

For your orders, you will receive transaction emails as your items are shipped.

We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles, and since inventory is often limited, we do not offer reservations.

Your order will be carefully packaged in a protective BlueBerryCatch box.

When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?

Shipping in the USA & Europe: takes approx. 5-13. It may be longer during the holidays. International shipping: takes approx. 8-16 business days.

Returns

I received a damaged package, what should I do?

If you received a damaged package, we are very sorry and hope we can help you quickly. Please send a picture of the damaged package to customer service. Our team will then guide you through the process.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider. To ensure prompt processing, returns must meet the terms of our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Do I have to return the order in the original packaging?

We recommend that you return the item in the original BlueBerryCatch box. If this is not possible, use a suitable box to ensure that the item is returned in perfect condition. The item must be undamaged, unused, and have all tags attached, including the original packaging.

What is the return policy of BlueBerryCatch?

We offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs) on items returned within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and have all tags attached, including original packaging. Personalized products is final sale and cannot be returned.
